halliday sporthorses offers a full range of services, from full competition livery, breaking and schooling to competition coaching, flatwork and jumping.
we have over 20 years experience in horses, Eventing, dressage and showjumping. we cater for all levels and have had super results with students.
competition livery

Colin competes weekly on the National Eventing circuit with top 6 placings most weekends. He competes each year at National Balmoral Show in Young Event Horse Class.

Another big event each year is the RDS International Horse Show, Young Event Horse Class, which he has won on Away Cruising, now competing 4*.

Colin prides himself in the way he produces his young horses for these classes.

Both Colin and Orlagh are Fully Qualified Competition Coaches. Colin has BHS full qualifications and Orlagh HSI Coaching qualifications.
They work on both Flatwork and Jumping.

Here at Halliday Sporthorses, We strive to produce our horses to be best of their ability and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.

​Colin is an international event rider with vast experience of training and producing horses through to 3* level and showjumping up to Grand Prix level.

Orlagh previously competed successfully in Showjumping up to 1m30 level. In the past 3 years has moved into the eventing world, last year competing at Tattersalls International Event. 

With many good national and international results they both instill huge confidence in both horses and riders alike with a positive and supportive attitude. With such a wealth of experience they are quick to spot ways to improve both you and your horse.
